Welcome to Tayyib. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Tayyib.
1. Who can use Tayyib
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement. You're responsible for your account and keeping your login secure.
2. The community rules
Tayyib is a halal, family-friendly space. You agree not to upload or share:
- Nudity, sexual, or otherwise explicit content.
- Music with instruments, where prohibited by our halal guidelines.
- Promotion of alcohol, gambling, drugs, violence, or other haram content.
- Hate, harassment, bullying, or threats.
- Profanity, cursing, or abusive language.
- Illegal content, or content you don't have the rights to share.
You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant Tayyib a license to host, display, and distribute it within the app so the service can work.
3. Moderation
To protect the community, your uploads are screened automatically and may be reviewed by moderators before going public. We may remove content, hide posts, or limit, pause, or remove accounts that break these Terms — with a right to appeal in the app.
4. Reporting & safety
You can report or block any user or post. We take reports seriously and act on content that violates these Terms.
5. Your content & conduct
You're responsible for what you post and how you behave. Don't impersonate others, spam, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
6. Copyright & takedowns
You may only upload content — including videos, images, and audio such as nasheeds — that you created yourself or have the necessary rights and permissions to share. By posting, you confirm you have those rights. Do not upload nasheeds, recordings, or other material owned by someone else without permission.
Tayyib respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on Tayyib infringes your copyright, email salmanahmedfakhry@gmail.com with: (1) the post or account, (2) a description of the work you own, (3) your contact details, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and remove infringing content promptly, and may remove or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe.
7. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may also terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Tayyib is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Prayer times and qibla are calculated estimates; please verify with a trusted local source.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
